Payment

Payment is required in full at time of scheduling an appointment. You may pay by PayPal (where you see a PayPal button on this website), Master Card, Visa, or by money order. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received. For money orders, please send payment to:

Private Readings - Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

Advance notice is required for rescheduling appointments. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide a two week notice. You will be offered the next available appointment. There are NO refunds for missed appointments.

There is a cancellation fee of $75.00 should you cancel a confirmed appointment. Missed appointments will be charged the scheduled appointment fee.

Special Events - How to Reserve your Seat

You can either contact us on the contact page, or reserve and purchase through the PayPal or Eventbrite links. We accept credit/debit cards, Money Orders, PayPal, or through Eventbrite.com. To register for an event and pay on line use the PayPal button in the event details. Alternately, we may provide an Eventbrite link, where you can register and pay, We do not issue or mail out tickets, simply bring your confirmation information or simply mention your name at the door. We ask that you register at least 48 hours before the event if using the PayPal link, so we have your name on our guest list. Please note while we accept credit card payments at the door for certain specified events, it may cost more than reserving and paying in advance.

Special Events - Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

Due to limited seating, a full refund minus a 50% cancellation fee will be issued up to two weeks prior to event date. Last minute cancellations (less than two weeks prior to the event) refunds cannot be given. This includes events such as Drive the Psychic Highway, Group Development, The Journey Part 1, and Spirit Gallery Group Readings.

Venue based Meditation Practice

This includes my $10 and $15 meditation sessions, where I reserve space at venues such as Hotels and Spiritual Fitness centers. No refunds given.



Product Ordering Information/Faq

Is my order secure?

ButterflySpiritConnections uses Paypal as its payment gateway. You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase product. Your credit card numbers do not pass through this website. ButterflySpiritConnections does not see your credit card numbers. Paypal uses the latest industry standard encryption, the same as on line banking web sites. You need a standard Web Browser, such as Internet Explorer or Firefox, or Safari (for the Mac Platform). You need to have Javascript and Cookies enabled in your web browser.

For certain products offerings we also use Authorize.net and for certain service based events we use Eventbrite.com's internal payment system. Authorize.net is a nationally recognized Credit Card merchant provider-processor. Eventbrite.com is a nationally recognized event coordination system, with customers including FedEx, Cisco, ADP, CNN, Best Buy, and USPS. For Meditation mp3 recordings, we use cdbaby.com. Cdbaby.com is a major venue for listening and dispensing the work of many independent recording artists.

Who processes my order?

All orders for my meditation CD's are handled locally in Bedford Texas, which sits between Dallas and Fort Worth Texas, to insure your order is handled promptly and accurately. No offshore labor or shipping centers are used.

International Orders

Our free shipping offer is limited to the United States. If you are ordering from abroad, please contact us first so we can get shipping rates for your country.

How do I cancel an order once its been placed?

Please contact ButterflySpiritConnections within 24 hours of your order, on this page, with the message "Order Cancellation." We will work with Paypal in refunding your charge in a timely manner.

When will goods be delivered, and how will it be shipped?

Orders received will be processed, packaged and shipped via USPS First Class Mail within 48 hours. Butterflyspiritconnections ships meditation cds worldwide. Orders for product over $50 require a physical street address for shipping.

Privacy

ButterflySpiritConnections respects your privacy. We will never sell or distribute your email address or other contact information to any third parties. Occasionally we would like to email you with announcements, event information, and new products. You can opt out of these mailings by using the unsubscribe links when your message arrives.

Return Policy - Meditation CD's

On occasion a bad CD duplication does occur, or a CD gets damaged in shipment. Defective or damaged product may be returned for exchange, less shipping charges. Please contact us before returning the product so we can properly process your request and issue an RMA number.
